Payment Options

Gateways currently accepts Ohio Medicaid, Ohio Medicare and most major insurance providers.

Those who are not covered by these providers may submit billing to their own insurance company for possible reimbursement as an Out-of-Network Provider. 

This practice serves all patients regardless of ability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered on family size and income. If you believe that you qualify for financial assistance please check out our Financial Assistance Application and the Sliding Scale.
