Parkway Center serves homeless men and women in Hamilton County. Serves veterans, chronically homeless and case management to assist in finding permanent housing and employment.

Engagement Center is a triage unit for individuals battling opiate addiction, including those who have experienced an opioid overdose or are at high risk of reuse due to withdrawal symptoms. The primary focus is connecting people with the appropriate treatment services and developing comprehensive discharge plans.
Referrals to the Engagement Center must be initiated by calling 513-338-8738.
The Engagement Center is funded in part by the Hamilton County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board, with additional support from the Louis & Louise Nippert Charitable Foundation, the Jacob G. Schmidlapp Trusts, Fifth Third Bank, and the Spaulding Foundation.
Talbert House Primary Care offers many services, including wellness and physical exams, diagnosis and treatment, immunizations, preventive care, and routine tests.

Adult and Youth Case Management services support individuals with behavioral health issues, including mental health and addiction. Our case managers provide comprehensive assistance, helping clients navigate their unique challenges and achieve stability.
Services include symptom monitoring, assistance with benefit applications, and support with housing, medication, budgeting, and vocational needs.
281-CARE / 988 Crisis Hotline is a 24-hour service providing immediate support for those experiencing a mental health crisis. Whether you're dealing with a psychological emergency, marital or relationship conflicts, bereavement, or other personal challenges, this hotline offers mental health services and crisis prevention support.

Talbert House offers a Veterans Hotline at 513-281-VETS (8387). The veteran's hotline offers crisis intervention, information, referrals, and suicide prevention services tailored specifically for the veteran community in Hamilton County.
Comprehensive Case Management Employment Program (CCMEP)supports individuals aged 14-24 who are within 200% of the federal poverty level. This program provides comprehensive services, including case management, referrals, and barrier removal, to help participants progress along an education or career pathway.
Talbert House collaborates with key partners such as Greater Cincinnati Urban League, Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency, and Easterseals Redwood to deliver these essential services.
